Our 5-Year Warranty
Every screen and piece of hardware we install is backed by a 5-year warranty against defects.
What's covered
Our warranty covers the screening material we install, along with door hinges, self-closing door closers, handles and latch sets, and door sweeps — all protected against defects for five years from installation.
What's not covered
The warranty does not cover damage from neglect, misuse, accidents, or impact — for example, dented frames or torn screens caused by storms, fallen branches, or rough handling. It covers normal use, not damage.
