But today's screen options can do a lot more — block tiny no-see-ums, give you privacy from neighbors, cut the sun's heat, stand up to pets, or nearly disappear for an unobstructed view. Here's a look at the screen types we install, and what each one is best at.
20x20 No-See-Um Mesh
A tighter weave that blocks tiny biting insects like no-see-ums and gnats, and blocks about twice the UV — keeping your enclosure and pool cooler.
Best for: Homes near water, marshes, or wooded areas.
Tough No-See-Um
No-see-um protection plus heavy-duty durability in one screen.
Best for: Buggy areas that also need to stand up to pets, kids, and wear.
Florida Glass (Privacy Screen)
A solid, vinyl-laminated screen that gives total privacy, blocks splash and debris, and shades the panel. Used on select panels — you can't see out through it.
Best for: Lower panels and blocking sightlines from neighbors or the street.
Pet Screen
Heavy, tear- and puncture-resistant screening built to take scratching and pushing from dogs and cats.
Best for: Pet owners, especially on doors and lower panels.
Tough Screen
About three times stronger than standard fiberglass — extremely durable and puncture-resistant.
Best for: High-traffic areas, doors, and spots prone to damage.
Super Screen

SunTex 80/90
A heavy shade fabric that blocks 80–90% of the sun's heat and glare while adding daytime privacy. Reduces outward visibility.

An improved-visibility screen with a clearer view than standard mesh and a coating that stays cleaner longer.
